Product Purpose \u2013 Professional Use Only<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All ATB Creation products are intended <strong>exclusively for professional decorative use in areas not directly accessible to the public<\/strong>, such as shop windows, stages, podiums or themed displays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 <strong>These products are not toys.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sales and rentals are limited to <strong>professionals holding a valid business registration number (SIREN or equivalent)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>12. Conditions of Use<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Each product must be used strictly in accordance with its intended purpose and instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The customer undertakes to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Not modify the product without prior written authorization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not remove any markings (brand, serial number, technical data)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prevent public access to the products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>ATB Creation cannot be held liable for improper use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>13. Descriptions and Images<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All photos, descriptions and specifications are <strong>non-contractual<\/strong>.<br>ATB Creation reserves the right to modify dimensions, colors, materials or components without prior notice for improvement or regulatory reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>14. Orders<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Any order becomes final upon:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Signature of the order form<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment of a <strong>40% deposit<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Documents related to standards and classifications must be requested <strong>at the time of ordering<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>15. Delivery and Transport<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Delivery dates are provided for information only.<br>Goods travel <strong>at the customer\u2019s own risk<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any claims must be made within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> of receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>16. Payment Terms<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>40% deposit<\/strong> upon order confirmation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Balance payable <strong>before shipment<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Any cancellation initiated by the customer results in <strong>forfeiture of the deposit<\/strong> as compensation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>17. Late Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Any late payment will result in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Late penalties at the legal rate increased by <strong>50%<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suspension or cancellation of deliveries without prior notice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>18. Retention of Title<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All products remain the full property of ATB Creation until full payment has been received<br>(<strong>French law n\u00b080-335 of May 12, 1980<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>19. Warranty \u2013 Sale<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All automates are covered by a <strong>1-year parts and labor warranty<\/strong>, excluding transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any repair carried out outside ATB Creation workshops voids the warranty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>20. Resale<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Resale is prohibited until full payment has been made.<br>After full payment, resale is permitted subject to compliance with applicable standards and electrical compatibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>PART III \u2013 SPECIFIC RENTAL CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>21. Rental Period<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Standard rental duration is <strong>seven (7) consecutive weeks<\/strong> starting from the date of receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any additional week started will be invoiced according to the current price list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>22. Use and Liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>From the date of receipt, the renter is fully responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The rented product<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any damage to the product<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any damage caused to persons or surrounding property<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The renter must take out appropriate insurance covering all associated risks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>23. Failure and Replacement<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event of a product failure during the rental period, ATB Creation may offer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A partial or full refund of the rental fee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Or a replacement product, subject to availability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 <strong>ATB Creation is under no obligation to intervene on site.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>24. International Rental<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Rental outside mainland France is possible upon request.<br>Specific conditions may apply depending on the destination country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>25.
